At Solutions Life Coaching, we use these techniques to strengthen awareness, calm the nervous system, and shift your mindset toward growth and clarity.

Mindfulness isn’t about sitting still for an hour or becoming a monk. It’s about learning to pay attention, with intention. We’ll explore everyday mindfulness strategies that help you create space between stimulus and response, so you’re no longer at the mercy of your racing thoughts or emotions.

Visualization is a powerful technique that uses mental imagery to shift how you feel, prepare for challenges, and create momentum. Whether you're visualizing confidence before a difficult conversation or envisioning a long-term goal, this practice activates the parts of your brain linked to motivation and success.

We’ll create guided visualizations tailored to your goals, calming, energizing, or inspiring. Over time, you’ll start to believe more deeply in your capacity to change, because you’ve already seen it, in your mind.

They’re practices that strengthen your emotional core, helping you respond with clarity instead of reaction, even when life feels loud and unpredictable.

Together, we’ll explore how to make calm a habit, not a hope. We’ll integrate simple, effective techniques into your daily life, small pauses that center you, visualizations that anchor you, and mindful awareness that brings you back to the present when your thoughts spiral. These aren’t grand gestures, but quiet choices that build real stability over time.

Invest in what matters most

Investing in yourself doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Whether you're just getting started or ready to go all in, there’s an option that fits your pace and your path.

Choose what works for you:
• One session – €125
• 5-session journey – €600 (two months of unlimited texting with psychologist between sessions)
• 10-session deep dive – €1150 (three months of unlimited texting between sessions)

Sessions are in-person or online with limited evening/weekend availability

​

Things change, plans shift, and that’s okay. If you need to cancel, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute change?

​

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a €50 fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
