At Solutions Life Coaching, we approach anxiety with compassion and proven techniques that help you regain control. Our work together focuses on understanding where your anxiety comes from and what it needs from you, not just how to silence it.

Anxiety is often a signal, not a flaw. It may be pointing to pressure, fear, unresolved stress, or unmet needs. In our sessions, we begin by exploring your unique experience with anxiety: how it shows up in your body, what thoughts it brings, and what triggers it.

Together, we’ll explore evidence-based techniques such as breathwork, grounding exercises, reframing negative thoughts, and setting healthy boundaries. Each tool is customized to fit your life, personality, and preferences.

We’ll practice these techniques in-session and troubleshoot how to apply them in everyday situations: stressful meetings, difficult conversations, sleepless nights, or those moments when your heart races without warning. Over time, these tools become second nature, giving you confidence and calm in moments that used to feel overwhelming.

Managing anxiety isn’t about becoming someone else, it’s about learning how to move through the world with greater ease and self-trust. As you build resilience, you’ll notice that anxious thoughts lose their grip. You’ll have more energy, more presence, and more space in your mind.

Long-term change comes from consistency and support. Our coaching relationship provides a steady anchor, helping you keep progress going even when life gets messy. You’ll learn how to return to center again and again—until it becomes something you know how to do on your own.

Yourself

Invest in what matters most

Investing in yourself doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Whether you're just getting started or ready to go all in, there’s an option that fits your pace and your path.

Choose what works for you:
• One session – €125
• 5-session journey – €600 (two months of unlimited texting with psychologist between sessions)
• 10-session deep dive – €1150 (three months of unlimited texting between sessions)

Sessions are in-person or online with limited evening/weekend availability

​

Things change, plans shift, and that’s okay. If you need to cancel, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute change?

​

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a €50 fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
