Growth is rarely a straight line. Life throws curveballs, and sometimes plans need to shift. That’s why we don’t just set goals, we regularly check in, reflect, and adjust. These built-in reflection moments help us identify what’s working well, what needs fine-tuning, and how your goals might be evolving as you grow. Coaching should be flexible, responsive, and aligned with your life, not rigid or overwhelming.

We also believe in celebrating small wins. Often, the biggest breakthroughs happen in quiet moments: when you take action despite fear, when you speak up for yourself, or when you stay consistent through a tough week. Acknowledging progress reinforces your sense of capability and keeps your motivation alive. Over time, this approach helps you build not just habits, but a mindset that fuels long-term success.

Investing in yourself doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Whether you're just getting started or ready to go all in, there’s an option that fits your pace and your path.

Choose what works for you:
• One session – €125
• 5-session journey – €600 (two months of unlimited texting with psychologist between sessions)
• 10-session deep dive – €1150 (three months of unlimited texting between sessions)

Sessions are in-person or online with limited evening/weekend availability

Things change, plans shift, and that’s okay. If you need to cancel, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute change?

Cancellations within 24 hours incur a €50 fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
